SHIPPING & RETURNS
Thank you for your CasusGrill purchase from CasusGrillCanada.ca, we hope you’re grilling happy and eco-friendly. However, if you purchased a Casusgrill from our webstore, and are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please reach out and we will work to get the situation fixed. If the grill was damaged on arrival, or didn’t perform properly, we will work to get you a new grill or refund your money. (We will require a proof of purchase.)
RETAIL RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
For us to improve our products we would like to understand why your CasusGrill did not perform. We ask that you take picture of your Casus Grill with a brief explanation of what conflict you faced with your grill so we could possibly come to a conclusion while improving our grills.
